I’m Mia and I founded Lucror Financial Services back in 2006.
I wanted to create an environment where advice was accessible and reassuring, not overwhelming. My focus is simple: to help clients understand the whole process of homebuying and their options and feel fully informed at every step, without jargon or pressure.
I’ve built my career around helping people navigate the homebuying process with confidence. With professional qualifications in mortgage and protection advice, and years of experience supporting clients through major financial decisions, I understand both the technical detail and the emotional weight of buying a home.
My approach is personal. I take the time to understand people’s goals, their circumstances, and what matters most to them. Every recommendation I make is tailored to their individual situation and needs.

You will receive clear, structured guidance from start to finish. I will explain your options, outline the steps involved, and help you make informed decisions at a pace that suits you.

Absolutely. Every client’s circumstances are different, and so is every recommendation. My advice is completely bespoke - shaped around your goals, your budget, and your long term plans.

You need to be in the UK, that is the only requirement. Most of our client meetings are conducted over Zoom.

Our advice charges are very clear and straightforward. The only charge we make is for mortgage advice. For mortgage advice we charge a £300 advice fee. This fee is payable at the start of the advice process and is nonrefundable.
